Each additional guest is $10/night in additon to the double occupancy rate. 
Children age 5 and under stay free.  Families are welcome!

*The above nightly rates can be lowered by $10/night if you do not wish us to stock breakfast items in the kitchen for you.

Weekly Rates (x7 days)(excluding tax)

$89 / night single

$110 / night double occupancy

Each additional guest is $8/night in addition to the double occupancy rate.

We are open year-round!  In addition to our nightly rates and weekly rates, we offer competitive longer term rates.  Please call us for a quote!

Continental Breakfast 

Nightly rates include a self-serve-and-prepare continental breakfast that includes juice, assorted cereals, fresh fruit, toast and eggs.  We will stock the kitchen with these breakfast items for your stay with us.  At the beginning of your stay, we usually bake a breakfast quiche or muffins to be re-heated at your leisure.  Special diets will be accommodated upon request.

Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. and until 10 p.m.
Check-out time is by 12:00 noon.

Other times can be arranged upon request. 

Terms & Policies

Our Bed and Breakfast is non-smoking inside, but you are welcome to smoke outdoors.

Reservations, Cancellations and Refund Policy

Reservations are guaranteed by payment of your first night's deposit.  Deposits will be refunded if a cancellation is made 7 days prior to date of arrival.  There is a $10 cancellation fee that will be applied to refunded deposits involving a credit card.

Sales & Bed Tax:

Our listed rates do not include the City of Kodiak sales and bed tax of 11% which will be added to the total at check-out time.
